By taking five pictures of your teeth and texting them to our office, you will be able to receive a quote for braces from our office. If you’ve been thinking about improving your smile, why wait? Please look at pictures on page for examples of what your pictures should look like. Please include the following information with the pictures:

• Patient’s name
• Patient’s date of birth
• Name of guardian if patient is a minor
• Picture of front and back of the insurance card along with policy holder’s date of birth (if you have insurance)
• Home address and email address.
• Please mention what type of braces you would like to wear (metal braces, clear braces or clear aligners).
• Would you like to have treatment done in our Grand Prairie or Irving location?

You can email your pictures to info@braceplace.net. We will get back to you in a few days after our orthodontist has had a chance to review them.
